Jonathan has been known for his fashion print womanswear, he has a collection at Debenhams and has started a menswear collection too.
he has been known as the Print king covering his designs in contrasting and clashing prints.
he uses bold colours and mostly primary colours to make the dresses stand out and sharp shapes to contrast with the flowing dress structures.
he also has done some black and white designs not using colours to make the dress stand out but the materials instead to create a different texture. these dresses look very sleek and sexy , what you would wear to a cocktail party etc.
in some of his collections prints arent necessairily there but the bold colours are, bright yellows reds and lime greens against plain matte backgrounds create drama on the clothes, instead of using prints.
his new collection on his website seems to go the same way with the bold colours in the fitted suits and skirts.
