I came across this website when researching for my cave design and other projects that I have looked into.
Its an on-line guide to the best green design ideas innovations and inspirations.
I think this is a great website as people and clients these days all want eco friendly materials being used. Its becoming a world wide phenomenon.
Ive looked through some of the designs that have been created and shown on this website and picked two out as my favourite for you to see.
This is the Mo Ventus Luxury home with a net zero efficiently and a retractable screen skin.
Designed by Todd Theodore Fix of FIXd Architecture/Design, the flexible home combines retractable screens to control heat and light with a sleek curvilinear design to maximize wind energy. Residents can adjust various of screens to control the opacity of the home’s façade, all the while changing its ornamental design and energy usage.
i love how modern design and eco friendly design is coming together to create some magnificent designs. I love the futuristic look of this building including its all in white and glass. The different rooms at different angles and levels make the house look alot more interesting than just a typical house.

For my second that I'm to show you i looked more into interiors and into lighting, as Ive done lighting designs myself.
Designer Tobias Tostesen just unveiled a dazzling crystal chandelier made with 8,000 LEGO bricks at Milan Design Week! Tøstesen's chandelier consists of three staggered cylinders that reflect light to create a glittering effect. Since it's made entirely from LEGO window pieces, the chandelier has all the dazzle of crystal at a fraction of the cost.
For something that looks so Amazing in the reflection of the light but is just made of thrown away Lego bricks is incredible. Can't we find other materials than expensive metals and glasses and just find recyclable materials like Lego to create imaginative and innovative pieces.
I love the use of symmetry and how the chandelier is circular and it is asethically pleasing to my eye.I would definitely buy this.
